Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind.

Cancelations

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of services scheduled.

No call / no shows

If you do not call or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged 100% for the services scheduled.

Cards on file

(All information is kept secure with the processing system.)

A credit card is required to be kept on file to book an appointment. We require 24 hours notice to cancel or adjust your appointment.   Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. In the event that 24 hours notice is not given, Salon Moda reserves the right to and will charge the card on file.
